I had an issue were the app wouldn’t even open for me. I’m assuming there’s Lucky Mister some app that conflicts with the Sky Go app. I have had the same issue and followed your instructions but the app still does not work. I have been having trouble starting Sky go on my windows 11 PC for a while.

- First reset your broadband router.If on Sky broadband hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds).
- Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router.If you are on Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router.
